The Lackawanna Bar Association's member attorneys offer a voluntary, Legal Fee Dispute Service. Clients with a complaint about the legal fees charged by an attorney from Lackawanna County may submit a Legal Fee Dispute (see form below).
Note: The Fee Dispute Service only addresses attorney fees and does not address attorney disciplinary issues. The Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania exclusively handles attorney disciplinary issues.
